Dear Mr and Mrs Yeo,

I am writing this email as the academic year comes to a close to let
you know what a responsible student leader Kevin is. He posseses maturity and a
sense of responsibility far beyond his tender age. Having been the class
chairman for 102 this past year, he has never failed to more than live up to all
expectations his teachers and myself had of him. He carries out his
tasks diligently and takes the initiative to go beyond what is asked of him,
both to his peers and teachers

Now that he is a school prefect, I am sure he will perform his duties, once
again, capably with his usual brand of quiet dignity.

I am proud to be his class tutor and would like to congratulate you on
bringing up such a wonderful son.
